For hiring-related services, AI may assist with search, matching, screening, research, summarization, or workflow support, but final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the employer or hiring organization.

If you participate in Fursa Hire, ask to be considered for opportunities, or otherwise use a hiring-related service, we may share relevant candidate information with employers or hiring teams as part of introductions, evaluations, or hiring workflows tied to those opportunities.
Employers pay Fursa for recruiting work and hiring outcomes, not for access to a candidate database.
If you are an employer or client submitting candidate information, you represent that you have the right to provide that information to Fursa and that your use of Fursa complies with applicable employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws.
8) Employer, company, and job information
Fursa indexes job and company information from employer websites, company career pages, applicant tracking systems, and other publicly available or permitted sources.
This may include company names, job titles, job descriptions, locations, apply links, compensation information where available, seniority, skills, role categories, and other job-related information.
We use this information to provide job search, employer indexing, hiring services, and related product operations.
