Key Responsibilities

  • •Intercompanyおよび3rd Partyからの原材料・製品（外製品を含む）の輸入業務を担当する。
  • •海外出荷元・サプライヤーとの窓口として、発注、出荷数量、納期、出荷スケジュール等を調整する。
  • •乙仲・フォワーダーと連携して、通関、国際輸送、到着および国内配送までの一連の輸入業務を管理する。
  • •税関からの指摘対応や税関事後調査対応を行い、関税・輸入消費税・運賃・保管料等の輸入関連費用を確認する。
  • •輸入実績・在庫・リードタイム等のデータを集計・管理し、SOP／業務フロー／チェックリストを整備・更新して効率化・標準化を推進する。

Key Requirements

  • •3年以上の輸入業務実務経験（原材料・製品の輸入、海外サプライヤー・通関業者・税関・フォワーダーとの調整経験）。
  • •海外グループ会社および／または3rd Partyサプライヤーとの国際取引・輸入業務経験。
  • •英語によるEメール・Teams等での海外拠点／サプライヤーとの業務コミュニケーションができること。
  • •通関業者・税関・フォワーダーを含む輸入業務の調整経験。
  • •Microsoft Excel、Word、PowerPointの基本的な実務使用（特にExcelでのデータ管理・集計）。
