•Define and drive the Process Intelligence strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise transformation goals.
•Use process modelling, mining, and analytics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across core processes (e.g., O2C, S2P, R2R, H2R, P2F).
•Translate complex data into clear insights, dashboards, and executive-level recommendations.
•Lead, coach, and develop process intelligence specialists.
•Support transformation programs with process discovery, current- and future-state modelling, and data-driven validation of improvements.
