Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on assigned projects and execute Purchase Order expediting at the assigned Expediting Level.
  • •Liaise with suppliers and internal functions to track buy-out, fabrication progress, shipping/documentation status, and resolve PO delivery issues.
  • •Identify supplier performance gaps, potential delivery delays, and troubleshooting problems that may impact delivery of goods or services.
  • •Coordinate inspection activities, including Inspection notification and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) timing, with Quality and relevant stakeholders.
  • •Maintain accurate and timely updates in company systems and drive weekly expediting reports, issue resolution, and package/PO closeout after final documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management (or relevant discipline) or HSD/GED/IGCSE with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •0–3 years of relevant expediting/supply chain experience.
  • •Knowledge of materials management systems for procurement and logistics.
  • •Solid understanding of expediting systems and the expediting process as outlined in the Unifi system.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
