Lead the strategy, design, and execution of nationwide field training programs for a distributed organization. Own the full training lifecycle—onboarding, uptraining, upselling, certifications, leadership development, and rollout readiness—ensuring scalable, practical, and consistent learning across markets. Partner with Field Operations, Program Management, Safety, SOP/Governance, Product, and Talent to translate operational changes and field priorities into effective, measurable learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the field training strategy aligned to operational, safety, quality, and customer experience goals for a nationwide organization.
•Oversee the full training lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, uptraining, upselling, certifications, leadership development, and rollout readiness.
•Ensure training programs are scalable, practical, and consistent across a geographically distributed field workforce.
•Lead coaching and development for a team of training managers, facilitators, and program resources responsible for field enablement.
•Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning solutions, standardizing national programs while supporting regional execution needs where appropriate.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in training, learning and development, field enablement, or operational training leadership.
•3+ years of people leadership experience managing teams and developing leaders.
•Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Education, Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
•Familiarity with LMS platforms, mobile learning, and modern enablement tools.
•Proven experience designing and scaling training for large, dispersed organizations, including nationwide deployment.
