Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with cross-functional Finance teams to understand and report holistic company performance through 10-Q/10-K reporting.
  • •Assist in creating 10-Q/10-K reports and perform validations/analyses over the documents.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve external financial disclosures while maintaining control and compliance.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls around external reporting and coordinate required documentation (e.g., spreadsheet controls, tie-out packages).
  • •Assist with quarterly analyses for materiality considerations and SAB 99 procedures and support key company initiatives.
