Customer Engineer III

Serve as the direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade photomask lithography equipment at the Photronics Allen, TX site. Troubleshoot complex issues using diagnostic tools and documentation, perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to lead necessary projects. Train and mentor junior Customer Engineers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
