Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and own the full lifecycle of civil, structural, and utility-related projects to deliver on time, under budget, with customer satisfaction.
  • •Provide guidance on preliminary scope and customer requests, including rough order of magnitude (ROM) costs.
  • •Gather proposals, evaluate competitive bids, review for accuracy, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop final cost and schedule.
  • •Implement cost, schedule, and scope controls; write and manage construction contracts through subcontractor close-out; track and approve invoicing.
  • •Facilitate approvals, resolve field design and construction conflicts in real time, and coordinate with end users and facilities teams for operations and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or an engineering-related discipline and 5+ years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management; or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience project managing major construction efforts, including estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations, and mark up coordination items.
  • •Hands-on experience in the construction field (1+ year preferred).
  • •Basic proficiency with modern survey equipment such as GPS and Total Stations.
