Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced Tier II troubleshooting and repairs for network devices, tools, and services for the fiber optic transport network.
  • •Work as a technical SME and handle Tier-2 trouble escalations for SONET, OTN, and DWDM issues.
  • •Coordinate Tier-2 network implementations, serving as technical POC for service provisioning, configuration, and test/turn-up processes.
  • •Interface with lead engineers on network requirements and designs; coordinate Tier-2 deactivation and decommissioning of transport devices.
