Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a two-person team across system/process architecture and system retirement, setting goals and building a high-performing practice.
  • •Balance workload across concurrent transformation programs and represent the business architecture scope in FTO/FTCO leadership forums.
  • •Own the business lens on system and process architecture for finance/accounting modernization, including current Q2C across CPQ, CLM, and CRM.
  • •Maintain living L1/L2 process workflow documentation so it accurately reflects current- and future-state design and is usable by transformation program teams.
  • •Own legacy system retirement by building retirement plans, accounting for dependencies/data/interfaces before decommissioning, and maintaining a current view of the system/process landscape.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or PMP a plus.
  • •5+ years in transformation program work, ideally in finance/accounting or business/process architecture and systems analysis.
  • •People-leadership experience mentoring and developing individual contributors.
  • •Proven ability documenting and maintaining process workflows and translating them into delivery-ready artifacts.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, including system landscapes, decommissioning, and dependency management.
