You will prepare cost estimates, analyze materials and labour, and develop detailed quotations by collaborating with design, production, procurement and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing, competitive tenders, and profitability for high-end residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
•Evaluate material requirements and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers.
•Calculate labor, production, machinery, finishing, and installation costs.
•Prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns for bespoke joinery and furniture projects.
•Collaborate with design and production teams to assess feasibility and optimize project costs.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience as an Estimator within joinery, fit-out, luxury furniture manufacturing, or interior contracting environments.
•Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, hardware, and manufacturing processes.
•Working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
•Familiarity with UAE market pricing, labor rates, supplier networks, and subcontracting costs.
•Strong understanding of bespoke furniture and architectural joinery production.
