Oversee the smooth, efficient daily operations of the assigned supermarket, ensuring strong sales performance and profitability through commercial management, cost control, and effective execution of store strategies and policies. Monitor stock levels, product availability, and sales performance, taking corrective actions as needed while maintaining merchandising standards, pricing, promotions, and hygiene, safety, security, and maintenance. Lead, coach, and develop store teams and coordinate with departments to reduce waste and shrinkage.
