Key Responsibilities

  • •Build prototypes of medium-voltage switchgear in Eaton’s R&D prototype workshop.
  • •Assemble components and perform machining and electrical wiring according to drawings.
  • •Support testing of prototypes, including work with test institutes and Eaton’s own lab.
  • •Collaborate with (Lead) Engineers and R&D Managers to develop and validate new ideas.
  • •Contribute to efficient execution of prototype work with attention to quality and detail.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum MBO in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • •Experience assembling, general machining, and electrical wiring.
  • •Preferably experience with conventional milling and turning.
  • •Good communication skills in Dutch and English to share information and collaborate effectively.
  • •Ability to work independently and produce items according to drawings with attention to detail.
Education:Certification / Diploma in Werktuigbouw, Mechatronica of Electrotechniek
