Key Responsibilities

  • •Review complex PKI and certificate-related issues for USPS applications and services, determine effective solutions, and recommend improvements.
  • •Support certificate automation using Venafi/CyberArk TPP and identify opportunities to incorporate AI into automation efforts.
  • •Create reports and documentation using AI and other automation tools.
  • •Supervise the PKI team and develop project requirements for complex and critical applications, providing strategic advice and technical guidance.
  • •Work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail while supporting internal and external customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of REST API integration, SCEP, and Microsoft AD auto-enrollment.
  • •Strong understanding of PKI, including Certificate Authority administration, enrollment web/policy services, and ADCS monitoring.
  • •Heavy experience troubleshooting digital certificate issues and interest in automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • •Strong experience with certificate management tools, preferably Venafi/CyberArk, Microsoft Certificate Authority, and HSMs.
  • •Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and strong communication skills with IT customers and system administrators.
