Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform mask-based timing signoff using time-domain simulations (SPICE) for parallel interfaces in 2.5D and 3D.
  • •Conduct electromagnetic extraction and modeling for signal and power delivery channels (PCB, package, interposers).
  • •Carry out AC and transient analysis of power distribution networks and perform IO channel analysis.
  • •Develop pre-layout modeling of transceivers and signal/PDN networks for SI/PI evaluation.
  • •Automate sign-off processes, collaborate with EDA suppliers to improve tool accuracy, and produce sign-off reports and presentations to support pre-sales.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering with 12+ years related experience, or a Master’s with 10+ years related experience.
  • •Knowledge of at least one DDR/LPDDR and/or HBM SI/PI sign-off flow tool suite.
  • •Experience with SI/PI analysis across IC, package, and PCB database types.
  • •TCL and/or Python scripting experience to automate routine tasks.
  • •Ability to manage multiple concurrent customers and provide guidance with incomplete information.
