Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run the AI enablement management system (maturity model, progress tracking) and deliver role-based learning at scale.
  • •Operate the AI champions network, setting the cadence and recognition that keeps it active across teams.
  • •Own AI tool strategy and access via the internal AI hub, working with IT/data owners on provisioning, permissions, and licensing.
  • •Triage and manage intake for new AI requests, prioritizing what gets built and ensuring nothing is duplicated.
  • •Define documentation standards, evaluation approach, AI KPIs, and responsible-use guardrails (where AI automates vs. augments vs. keeps humans in the loop).

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in courses related to the field.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI solutions (agents, retrieval/knowledge systems, or workflow automation) and knowing when not to build.
  • •Practical fluency with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor, Databricks Genie, Obsidian, and Granola, plus comfort working with data platforms.
  • •Experience designing prompts, context, and evaluation for LLM-based systems, including testing output quality and reliability.
  • •Track record driving technology adoption at scale and influencing across business and technical stakeholders.
