Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Identify customer financial goals and needs, recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products and services, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on deposit products, and follow a disciplined sales process through referrals and outbound follow-up, all while meeting operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
