Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a complex, cross-organizational initiative to transition the engineering environment into an AI-driven, self-optimizing ecosystem.
  • •Drive strategy and execution to achieve data-driven system-wide experimentation, automated workflows, and operational visibility.
  • •Provide technical insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide technology-based decisions.
  • •Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers and develop the foundations for the TPM practice.
  • •Collaborate across product, engineering, design, and data science stakeholders to simplify complex technical topics and unblock delivery.

Salary: USD 294,100 - 335,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs.
  • •9+ years designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
  • •5+ years building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing (preferably AWS).
  • •5+ years building and leading an experienced technical program management team.
