Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA-eligible and/or a master’s degree in taxation/accounting is a plus.
  • •2+ years of accounting or tax-adjacent experience, including internships (experience at a large corporation with multistate presence or a large public accounting firm is a plus).
  • •Working knowledge of federal and state tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • •Familiarity with tax software solutions and willingness to learn OneSource Income Tax and related products.
  • •Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
