Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer, Connected Warfare

Lead end-to-end developmental and operational test campaigns for connected warfare products, from hardware-in-the-loop integration through field validation. Define requirements-based, scenario-driven test methods and ensure traceability, metrics, and DoD-aligned standards. Coordinate with engineering teams and government stakeholders, oversee Test Readiness Reviews, manage test incidents/deficiencies, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable reports and readiness communications. Support testing across software, hardware, and network traffic.
