Support Atlassian’s post-sales Revenue Operations team by turning business priorities into operating plans, scalable processes, and reliable insights. •Partner with senior post-sales leaders to shape operational priorities and support annual planning.
•Coordinate cross-functional programs and recurring business rhythms across Customer Success, Partners & Alliances, Strategy, Analytics, and Systems.
•Define and manage reporting cadences, planning calendars, and roadmap visibility for leadership reviews and strategic deliverables.
•Translate business questions into analytical requirements, including problem statements, success criteria, scope, and data needs for partners.
•Architect operational data requirements and help establish scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and source-of-truth processes, partnering with analytics and systems teams to improve data quality and reporting consistency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,135 - 240,875 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or business planning in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
•Experience supporting post-sales (Customer Success, Sales, or related customer-facing functions) across multiple stakeholder groups.
•Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional progress through influence.
•Strong operational judgment managing business rhythms, planning processes, or strategic initiatives.
•Strong data fluency, including advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, plus working knowledge of SQL. Translate business needs into analytical requirements for data partners.
