Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a rig development team as tactical leader to meet task and technical requirements, mentor CIPT members, and optimize performance within deadlines.
  • •Communicate status and technical content to the Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT).
  • •Perform Control Account Manager duties to track progress and resolve obstacles affecting budget and schedules.
  • •Integrate and manage sourcing activities with procurement, industrial, and manufacturing teams and coordinate timely product definition releases.
  • •Lead risk assessments and risk mitigation planning, and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
  • •5 years of engineering experience or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills; capable of technical writing and presentations to all levels of management.
  • •Working proficiency with MS Office, Teamcenter, MS Project, and Jira; knowledge of Agile project management.
  • •Aerospace/jet engine industry experience and prior gas turbine compressor design/development is highly desirable.
