Key Responsibilities

•Architect, configure, and deploy end-to-end Pega solutions leveraging the Pega Smart Investigate framework to support investigation workflows.
•Design and implement payment operations automation, managing SWIFT messages, ACH, wire transfers, and cross-border payment investigations.
•Build and maintain scalable case management workflows, business process rules, data models, and background processing components (Queue Processors, Job Schedulers).
•Design and configure secure enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, and file listeners) connecting Pega to external banking ledgers and transaction systems.
•Enforce Pega guardrails and best practices via code reviews, performance troubleshooting, and provide architectural direction while mentoring junior engineers in Agile/Scrum delivery.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of hands-on enterprise application development on the Pega PRPC platform (Pega 8.x preferred).
•Proven direct experience with the Pega Smart Investigate framework plus deep operational understanding of global payment systems and banking regulations.
•Valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA/SSA) certifications (also references PCSA).
•Master-level knowledge of Pega Case Management, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS), Data Pages, declarative expressions, UI rules, and report definitions.
•Strong experience with SQL (queries/indexing), data mapping, and middleware connectivity protocols, plus familiarity with DevOps pipelines/CI-CD and Scrum frameworks.
