Key Responsibilities

  • •Test plastics (mainly electrical, also physical) accurately and on time.
  • •Support internal stakeholders and other Huntsman sites as the testing expert for R&D and commercial product/sample projects.
  • •Prepare specimens for testing using mechanical manufacturing processes (e.g., diamond saw).
  • •Develop innovative testing methods and implement new testing standards (IEC/ISO).
  • •Ensure compliant documentation and test administration via ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, MS Office, and LIMS, while participating in safety/health/environment guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/electrotechnical domains (e.g., electrical engineering, industrial computing, high-frequency metrology).
  • •Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in high-frequency technical fields, with solid knowledge of high-voltage testing.
  • •Fundamental programming knowledge for measurement analysis and results (e.g., VEE, LabVIEW, Python, Excel Macro).
  • •Proven ability to carry out electrical testing and electrical qualification.
  • •Fluent in English and German (written & verbal).
