Key Responsibilities

  • •Procure direct materials following plant and corporate QA/SCM regulations.
  • •Generate purchase orders based on demand requirements and requisitions.
  • •Coordinate with network schedulers for plan and execution updates.
  • •Manage exceptions (postponement/anticipation/cancellation) and resolve discrepancies with operations and suppliers.
  • •Ensure on-time material delivery by working with suppliers/logistics, evaluating SOTD, managing supplier invoice holds, and supporting RMA/reverse logistics.
