•Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves through beauty product recommendations.
•Work across departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
•Use onboarding training and continuous learning resources to support customers with product discovery.
•Support customers by explaining the features and benefits of the CRM program.
•Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
