Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the electronic coat paint line, including loading/unloading panels and tanks and breaking down/hanging cabinet kits and parts.
  • •Unload parts onto pallets or carts without damaging painted surfaces and apply/remove thread protectors and masking tape while inspecting for conformance.
  • •Operate drop sections, shuttle cars, towers, and rotators to hang tanks/cubicles/racks and apply controls for color and destination selection.
  • •Assemble cabinets and related hardware for the Lincoln Avenue site and mark part numbers, attach paperwork, and ensure dated documentation.
  • •Operate stacker/fork trucks to move materials and load/unload materials into and out of the hook burn-off oven to meet production schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Understand standard shop specifications, including shop drawings, process sheets, and measuring equipment.

  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, reaching, standing, and walking.
  • •Ability to operate paint-line and related production/handling equipment safely and to standards.
