Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate business requirements gathering and ensure requirement specifications and project deliverables are produced on time with quality.
  • •Develop and present as-is and to-be models, including process/system flows, functional requirements, data specifications, and integration logic.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities and define to-be solutions with technical teams.
  • •Maintain a requirements traceability matrix and prioritize requirements with stakeholders aligned to project objectives and timeline.
  • •Support testing, training/change management, and post-implementation activities including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business IT, Business Information Systems, IT Management, Computing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • •4–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst/Product Owner in system development/delivery or process improvement projects.
  • •In-depth knowledge of general and/or life insurance products and processes.
  • •Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • •Proficiency with MS Visio (or other process modeling tools) plus JIRA, Confluence, and related delivery tools.
