Drive pre-sales customer engagements for Freshservice by discovering SMB and mid-market needs, architecting tailored solutions, and delivering demos and POCs. Position Freddy AI and Agent Studio capabilities using clear AI/LLM explanations tied to measurable outcomes like ticket deflection, faster resolution, and agent productivity. Create solution documentation (SoWs, RFP/RFI responses) and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to accelerate deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with SMB and mid-market customers to understand business and technical challenges.
•Conduct discovery sessions, architect solutions, and deliver tailored product demonstrations and POCs.
•Explain and position AI/LLM concepts and Freddy AI/Agent Studio capabilities to both technical and business audiences.
•Build and configure AI agents and automated workflows in Agent Studio (or comparable tools) for demos and POCs.
•Create solution documentation (solution proposals, SoWs, RFP/RFI responses) and collaborate with internal teams to support deal execution.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in pre-sales/solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
•Strong background in SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise software environments.
•Proven experience designing and delivering technical demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
•Ability to work with mid-market and enterprise customers to understand pain points and craft effective solutions.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience), with familiarity with ITSM products and market.
