Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an aviation-related area and/or 5 years of aviation experience in aircraft maintenance quality assurance, maintenance, or records.
  • •5 years of supervisory experience.
  • •Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles.
  • •Understanding of project management techniques.
  • •Working knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) and strong planning, delegating, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
