Key Responsibilities

  • •Run vendor governance activities including planning, performance updates, and risks/controls, and support regular service reviews.
  • •Maintain contract administration on track (OneTPM updates, renewals/funding, and raising POs on time) and follow actions through to closure.
  • •Support dashboards that show customer journey performance and key issues for leadership reporting.
  • •Pull data with product/technology teams, identify trends, summarise insights, and help prioritise investment.
  • •Track MSIIs (status, evidence, risks/issues), escalate blockers, and prepare executive-ready updates with governance forum materials and audit/control evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate degree required, along with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience.
  • •Experience supporting operations/governance work such as maintaining trackers, coordinating stakeholders, and driving actions to closure.
  • •Ability to create clear reports/slides and turn data into straightforward insights.
  • •Familiarity with contract/workflow tools and basic platform operations concepts (performance, resilience, capacity).
  • •Interest in access/control topics (e.g., RBAC) and working with global teams.
