  • •Develop, operate, and maintain the IDS Weapons Instructor course syllabus using RFWS and Tornado IDS specialist expertise.
  • •Supervise all BAE activity on the RFWS.
  • •Support RSAF commanders on training, BAE Systems recruitment, and flight safety related issues.
  • •Provide supervision and performance management of aligned BAE Systems employees and carry out Head of Flying duties in their absence.
