•Design and build scalable models that leverage statistical and ML techniques for integration into analytics workflows across the business.
•Collaborate with D&A teammates and business partners to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
•Conduct exploratory data analyses and data mining to uncover patterns and opportunities that improve performance across brands, regions, and channels.
•Audit existing analytical processes and guide the implementation of advanced ML capabilities to industry standards.
•Establish and execute plans to build, implement and maintain predictive models; manage full lifecycle of projects.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative field, with a Graduate degree strongly preferred.
•Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Statistician or related position.
•Hands-on quantitative experience including data mining, predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical programming with structured and unstructured data.
•Proficiency in SQL and at least one other statistical language such as R, Python, or SAS; experience with Power BI is preferred.
•Ability to prototype and develop end-to-end solutions using complex algorithms and translate findings into business impact.
