Key Responsibilities

•Marketing Strategy & Branding: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market share; maintain and evolve our corporate design and brand messaging across all channels.
•ABM & Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and optimize targeted account-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels; develop personalized outreach strategies to engage key accounts, support the sales pipeline, and drive conversion; track campaign performance, derive insights, and report outcomes to management.
•Content & Communication: Create and manage target-group-specific content (white papers, blog posts, social media posts, newsletters); plan and execute PR activities, press releases, and event appearances to establish the brand.
•Lead Management & Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and develop campaigns that support the sales funnel; enhance lead scoring and nurturing processes.
•Building & Leading the Marketing Team: In the medium term, build a high-performing marketing team and coach/manage external agencies; oversee staffing and vendor relationships.

Key Requirements

•Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent qualification.
•Several years of experience in online marketing, ideally in a tech/startup environment.
•Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEA, social media, email) and holistic campaign planning.
•Experience in building and leading marketing teams is a plus.
•Confident handling of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite) and analytical methods.
