•Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed mortgage production goals.
•Maintain knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies and procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines used by Truist.
•Adhere to Truist policies and procedures, including rules and regulations established by state and federal law.
•Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Consistently execute Truist’s referral process and assist mortgage loan fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up.
