Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a visible presence at strategic locations within the station to support operations.

  • •Contribute to anti-fraud measures by assisting travelers with validation procedures and information.
  • •Assist in incident management and routine maintenance tasks to ensure continuity of service and minimal disruption.
