Job Summary

Design, implement, and deploy API solutions with expertise in API design, scalable distributed systems, and cloud computing. Support projects end-to-end across infrastructure, contribute to guidelines and evolving system strategy, and collaborate with business leaders to align systems architecture to business goals. Work closely with engineering and technology teams (including external teams) to deliver secure, maintainable services and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and deploy API solutions, including public and private API design and development.
•Build highly scalable distributed systems and apply cloud computing capabilities.
•Support projects and design recommendations across the full infrastructure footprint.
•Contribute to strategy and evolvable systems, including guidelines, standards, and policies.
•Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to align information technology systems architecture with business strategy.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience building microservices using Java and Springboot, including GraphQL.
•Experience designing and building public and private APIs.
•Hands-on microservices architecture experience with containerized deployment across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
•Integration experience with databases (RDBMS and NoSQL such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB) and streaming platforms such as Kafka.
•Experience with CI/CD using Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Springboot, plus web service design using Swagger/YAML with JSON.
