Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, launch, and scale operational processes for the electronics vertical, either from scratch or to significantly improve existing operations.
  • •Establish SOPs, performance benchmarks, and quality frameworks that can sustain rapid growth.
  • •Oversee the full operational lifecycle, including inventory management, warehousing, quality inspection, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.
  • •Own operational analytics by defining KPIs, building dashboards, and using data to diagnose problems and make decisions.
  • •Build, develop, and lead an operations team while driving cross-functional alignment and integrating AI/automation into workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5+ years of progressive operations experience, ideally in e-commerce, last-mile delivery, logistics, or a similar high-throughput environment.
  • •Proven ability to build large-scale operations from scratch or scale them significantly, not just maintain them.
  • •Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong English for cross-functional and technical work.
  • •Deeply quantitative approach—comfortable with data and able to build or interpret analytical models.
  • •Proficient with operational tooling and tech stacks relevant to e-commerce and logistics environments.
