Job Summary

Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations within the Maintenance Operations Flight to support RSAF flying requirements and operational readiness at KFdAB Taif. Monitor task completion, logistical support priorities, repair capability, and reporting inputs such as aircraft status briefs and daily reports. Oversee MOC training and shift handovers, manage engineering support searches (including cannibalisation), and deputise for the MOF Team Leader as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate day-to-day Maintenance Operations Flight activities and supervise MOC training.
•Monitor and verify task completion status, addressing delays, work holds, and non-compliances.
•Prioritise logistic support elements and coordinate maintenance/support dispatch requests from rectification controllers.
•Prepare maintenance status outputs including the Daily Aircraft Status Report and Daily Morning Brief on aircraft serviceability.
•In consultation with the AGF Maintenance Manager and Supply Controller, determine and prioritise cannibalisation of aircraft components and monitor robs per aircraft.

Key Requirements

•Must be educated to HNC level (or recognised equivalent) or have relevant experience with formal, recorded workplace-applied training.
•Demonstrable experience working as a supervisor conducting data management on a busy, military operational flying unit.
•Must have completed a recognised aircraft engineering apprenticeship in aircraft systems (industry/military or similar).
•Must have previous Engineering Support System (ESS) experience with a formal 'Q' annotation and extensive post-qualification experience supporting military fast jet maintenance in an operational flying environment.
•Fluent in English and able to coordinate multiple activities while communicating, influencing, and directing decision making.
