Key Responsibilities

  • •Run SIOP supply planning reviews and coordinate planning activities across SIOP, customer support, sourcing, and logistics.
  • •Use SAP MM and Rapid Response (Kinaxis) to manage material planning, inventory levels, and stocking/replenishment strategies (push vs pull) to meet service levels and inventory targets.
  • •Issue purchase orders to vendors, follow up for order confirmations, coordinate delivery status, and expedite critical orders (including drop-ship logistics).
  • •Maintain and report key material management metrics (e.g., OTTR, OTFP, inventory DOS, ITR) and produce timely open purchase order and shortage reports.
  • •Identify root causes of service issues, recommend and implement process improvements, and prepare customized reports to incorporate operational efficiency gains.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations management, supply chain management, or a relevant field.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in supply planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or manufacturing materials-related work.
  • •Experience working with SAP is required, including SAP MM/ERP modules.
  • •Experience working in a Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP/SIOP) process environment is preferred.
  • •Strong data and analytical skills including Excel, plus excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
