Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and team development. •Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting, planning, and category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
•Create an inclusive, high-energy environment that meets Coach Service standards; resolve customer issues and act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
•Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster collaboration and build a talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
•Support omni-channel and digital engagement, including virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data acquisition, and social media trends.
•Ensure operational excellence by overseeing compliance with policies, scheduling, payroll/HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising standards, and store safety.
