Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead digital transformation initiatives spanning process and technology innovation to improve quality, productivity, and cost optimization.
  • •Champion enterprise-wide business transformation and change management initiatives (FPP), standardizing ways of working across regions and lines of business.
  • •Define change frameworks, lead organizational readiness and OCM efforts to secure buy-in, assess stakeholder impacts, and minimize productivity dips.
  • •Establish and formalize a Continuous Improvement (CI) program to standardize and scale processes and drive measurable gains (e.g., capacity utilization, work simplification, performance measurement).
  • •Support Project Unity implementation (Microsoft Dynamics) and enable scalable growth through M&A integration and enterprise application platform expansion.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline.

  • •Strong relationship-building skills with C-suite and senior leaders; ability to influence and inspire across levels without direct reports.
