Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead capital projects from concept through start-up and closeout, managing technical, financial, and manpower execution.
  • •Develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, and execution plans; submit capital requests in line with corporate governance.
  • •Direct engineering and execution activities including installation, commissioning, qualification, and verification with contractors and suppliers.
  • •Ensure safety, quality, regulatory, environmental, and food-safety standards are met or exceeded, including GMP support.
  • •Develop project controls such as schedules and cost tracking, provide stakeholder updates, and run design and project meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Industrial, or similar).
  • •7+ years of Project and/or Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (aseptic experience preferred).
  • •7+ years leading capital projects, including cost estimating and schedule management.
  • •Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements to increase capacity and efficiency.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management tools and documentation, plus experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Project, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
