•Lead process and facility capital projects from concept through start-up and closeout.
•Manage capital projects from technical, financial, and manpower perspectives and develop scopes, estimates, schedules, and execution plans.
•Direct engineering and technical execution, including design/development support for process and packaging projects.
•Oversee contractor bidding, supplier selection, purchase orders, and vendor relationships through execution.
•Ensure safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental standards, including sanitary design, employee safety, food safety, and GMP compliance.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Industrial, or similar).
•7+ years of project and/or process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (aseptic experience preferred).
•7+ years leading capital projects, including cost estimating and schedule management.
•Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements to increase capacity and efficiency.
•Ability to interpret P&IDs, PFDs, site/elevation drawings, and utility systems; hands-on, organized project leadership.
