Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide age-specific, patient-centered nursing care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process.
  • •Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, coordinate plans of care with multidisciplinary teams, and prioritize care based on patient needs.
  • •Deliver acute and critical care, including supports for airway, breathing and circulation, and participate in patient/family education.
  • •Document clinical data accurately in medical records and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
  • •Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain required educational competencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in nursing (minimum of three years full-time) or degree in Nursing with RN registration from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia; UAE nationals exempted from experience/training requirements
  • •Valid License/Registration to practice in home country and/or country of last employment
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • •Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of employment
  • •Minimum of two years of recent post-graduate experience in the Emergency Room
