Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee transition of data from IBPES into the ERP system to generate purchase requisitions for OFDs, incremental funding, and contracts.
  • •Use independent judgment to research, evaluate, and correct rejected requisitions within established deadlines.
  • •Lead and track correspondence with customers across multiple departments, maintaining accurate logs and minimizing rejection rates.
  • •Facilitate process improvements to enhance the PR creation workflow and help ensure PR documentation and signatures for monthly reconciliations.
  • •Manage PR activities and funding request types, maintain PR process metrics/standards/deadlines, and provide metrics for leadership reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Must hold an active DoD-issued Interim-Secret (or higher) security clearance (Active Secret preferred).
