Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain core metrics systems for platform content safety and risk, including content violation, user report, and account risk identification.
•Develop monitoring and anomaly detection systems to identify and analyze security incidents and support risk alerts and policy adjustments.
•Apply statistical methods (A/B testing, causal inference, regression) to evaluate security policy effectiveness and optimize experiment design.
•Build quantitative analysis systems for business challenges using data mining to identify optimization opportunities.
•Explore and standardize data analysis methodologies by creating reusable frameworks and tools, and help productize analytics capabilities.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of data science experience and a Bachelor’s degree or above in statistics, data science, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
•Proficient in SQL and skilled with data analysis tools such as Python/R, with strong visualization skills.
•Familiar with machine learning algorithm principles and methods including causal inference and A/B testing.
•Excellent proficiency in English as a working language.
•Preferred: familiarity with internet/content platform safety and experience in content security, integrity, or risk management.
