Key Responsibilities

•Lead the enterprise DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, and cloud operations strategy to enable scalable, resilient, and secure technology platforms.
•Build and develop DevOps, SRE, cloud engineering, and platform teams and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•Modernize CI/CD pipelines, release management, environment management, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native engineering practices.
•Establish governance, engineering standards, and best practices for software delivery, infrastructure management, and operational excellence.
•Use Generative AI, Machine Learning, AIOps, and MLOps to automate infrastructure management, incident response, monitoring, root-cause analysis, and capacity planning; define reliability metrics and embed DevSecOps with security controls, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 210,000 - 330,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of technology leadership experience across enterprise-scale engineering, infrastructure, or operations organizations.
•8+ years leading DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, and/or SRE teams.
•7+ years designing and operating cloud-native platforms using AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and container technologies.
•5+ years implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar automation frameworks.
•Experience driving DevSecOps, observability, reliability engineering, operational excellence, and technology resilience initiatives, including leadership development and succession planning.
