Software Engineering Manager

Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers at Dyson’s Philippines campus, driving delivery of high-quality embedded software for beauty products. Own planning, prioritization, risk management, and milestone delivery while collaborating with global engineering teams, hardware, product owners, and test teams. Guide software architecture and implementation, promote engineering best practices (code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, version control), and support hiring, onboarding, development, and continuous improvement.
