Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute work plans for assigned R&D projects of low to moderate complexity and technical risk.
  • •Assist with development and execution of project timelines, including contingency planning.
  • •Leverage vendor capabilities to expand formulation possibilities and/or speed to market.
  • •Develop and refine prototypes based on consumer feedback; conduct bench and pilot plant evaluations and ingredient screenings.
  • •Conduct pilot plant/manufacturing trials to assess manufacturing capability and consumer acceptability; communicate plans, results, and project risks cross-functionally.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Food Science or related field.
