Key Responsibilities

  • •Support developing and rolling out the Talent Journey program for the Digital Hub’s next-generation talent.
  • •Craft fresh and relevant job descriptions and attract early talent candidates for open positions.
  • •Proactively engage with future talent via recruiting platforms.
  • •Support recruiting and hiring processes, including candidate assessment and improving selection effectiveness.
  • •Ensure a strong talent experience from application through the end of the internship by contributing to talent development initiatives.

Salary: EUR 1,200 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least in your third year of Bachelor (or equivalent) and looking for your first career step.
  • •Under Spanish law, your university must sign a tri-party agreement (required for consideration).
  • •Study field: commercial focus ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Human Capital Management, or Business Administration.
  • •Commit to full-time placement (39.5 hours per week) for 6 months.
  • •High level Business English is essential; be eager to develop skills in social media, Microsoft Office, and general tech-savviness.
